BlackVue Viewer (Windows & Mac)
This handy software supports all BlackVue dash cams via the SD card and/or via the cloud. The BlackVue Viewer is free to download and use.
SD card
Insert your BlackVue SD card via the supplied SD card reader into your computer and open the BlackVue viewer software. Then you can explore everything on your BlackVue. Think of managing settings, recordings, time and date, quality settings and more.
All videos are filtered by date/time and recording mode (Normal, Parking, Event, etc.), This makes it easy to search and manage/archive the recordings.
Cloud
Connect the BlackVue viewer to your dash cam, wherever your dashcam is. Watch live, save videos in the cloud, track the GPS, manage the settings etc.

BlackVue Viewer Pro builds on the regular BlackVue Viewer, and further extends vehicle tracking and fleet management functions.
Every user with a BlackVue Fleet Tracking Account can log in and use:
- Multi Live View: View up to four dashcams simultaneously;
- GPS tracking history: Access GPS data (90 days);
- GPS tracking export: Export GPS data in XLS file format;
- Geo-fencing: Create geo-fences and receive real-time alerts within these areas;
- Live notifications: Receive real-time notifications on your smartphone or PC. This can be set for impacts, disconnections, geo-fence related issues, etc;

The BlackVue Viewer has 2 options: Management via SD card and Cloud Viewer.

Cloud
Connect the BlackVue viewer to your dash cam, wherever your dash cam is. Creating a BlackVue Over the Cloud account is easy and free. After creating an account, you can use the Viewer to register and set up your Cloud-compatible BlackVue to connect to a hotspot and enjoy the following features:
Live viewing, 2-way voice communication, backup videos to the cloud, GPS tracking, manage settings, etc.

All BlackVue dash cams can be read into the BlackVue PC viewer software via the SD card.

Important: To use Multi Live View, Geo-fencing, GPS Tracking History, a BlackVue Fleet Tracking account is required.
BlackVue Viewer Pro builds on the regular BlackVue Viewer, and further extends vehicle tracking and fleet management functions.
Please note that the software is free to download, but you will need a Fleet Tracking account to benefit from the following new features:
- Multi Live View: View up to four dashcams simultaneously;
- GPS Tracking History: Access GPS data (90 days);
- GPS Tracking Export: Export GPS data in XLS file format;
- Geo-fencing: Create geo-fences and receive real-time alerts within these areas;
- Live Alerts: Receive real-time alerts on your smartphone or PC. This can be set for impacts, disconnections, geo-fence related issues, etc;
*Live alerts are sent to the device you last logged in with.
BlackVue Viewer Pro supports the latest BlackVue models and is compatible with BlackVue Over the Cloud.
Note: Just like the regular BlackVue Viewer, this Viewer contains two applications in one. You can switch between SD Card Viewer and BlackVue Viewer Pro at any time.
With the SD Card Viewer you can view recorded videos from the microSD card and change the settings of your BlackVue, format the SD card and much more.
With the BlackVue Viewer Pro you can use BlackVue Over the Cloud and exclusive fleet management features.
Important: You must log in with a Fleet Tracking Account to access fleet-specific features such as Multi Live View and GPS Tracking History. A regular BlackVue Cloud Account does not give access to these features, but can be upgraded to a Fleet Tracking account.
